Company environment: The company employees consist of two groups. One core group consists of business leaders, old colleagues and close friends. The second group are other employees, without any personal connections. They are employed to increase headcount and do unwanted work by the core group. The core group treated very well as compared to the second group. The core group get better salary, training and benefits. Training (Weiterbildung): Company does not provide any training or spend any money on training if you are not in the core group. Every employee complains about it in every meeting, but no improvement, only typical management blabla. In probation period, employee will not get any training. Company is afraid of the employee taking a training and leaving the company. HR, business leaders talk about the training like This right time to invest in the people, Everyone should spend time to improve their skills, You can choose your own domain expertise - and so on. But that is only typical corporate blabla. In reality they do not want to spend on money employees. Holidays: Every employee must take Brückentagen. This easily makes loss of 3-5 holidays per year. Employee supposed to take his laptop and mobile phone in holidays. Office calls during holidays is normal. Recruitment: The company does not get new people in the company. When new people realise the environment, they leave as soon as possible. Unfortunately, they did not write reviews here. Work: You will not get the same work as they told in interview or in the job experience. If you are a specialist then, you should be careful.

Unfortunately, the company does not have money for it or no interest giving training to people. Apparently I hurt ego of the business leaders by asking the agreed training. No communicating to Mentor: After doing all tasks as told my mentor and reporting back to him, he said that he will contact me back. After reminding he never contacted back. I asked them to show any proof of my misbehaviour, violating company rules, not doing assigned tasks or unprofessional behaviour. They could not show any of them.
