Definitely does not invest in its people. Talent Management here does not exist. Outsiders are hired in superior positions, instead of developing insiders and promoting them, motivating them to perform better. Teambuilding is a joke. There was none this year, which is just as well, considering how badly conceptualized it is. Christmas Party is loaded with lots of beer and bad food. Well, if most of the employees are young, management probably thinks getting drunk is all there is for young people. Genius cost-cutting strategy. Working students and freelancers are not invited.

Heads have been rolling since last year. Recent victim was a family man and sole breadwinner, fired due to retrenchment (overcapacity) after serving Limango for 7 years. He was singled out over young colleagues doing the same work who have only been there for 3 years. They claim to be a fast-growing company, expanding in Poland and France, but internally firing people because the job is redundant. Unbelievable. Management did not at least offer some kind of training to reassign redundant employees in other departments to show they care about their people. Especially if this employee has more financial responsibilities at home and has been there for 7 years. Loyalty is not valued here. Everyone is just a number.
