Rely on fair remuneration: you will receive a salary up to pay grade 10 TVöD plus the usual benefits in the public sector. This is what you make possible: You perform tasks for both the Hanseatic City of Buxtehude and the Kommunale Anwendergemeinschaft für Informations- und Kommunikationstechnik (KAI). You analyze the in-house IT requirements and needs and determine the need for hardware, software and other IT solutions. You prepare and conduct tendering procedures for IT systems. You negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers of IT systems to conclude contracts and ensure that the contractual agreements cover all necessary aspects, such as delivery conditions, guarantees, service level agreements, etc. You manage the existing license agreements. You advise internal departments on the aforementioned tasks You support the management of KAI in the administrative area You promote inter-municipal cooperation between the KAI member municipalities You are involved in the design and development of a communication and knowledge exchange platform (including CMS, NextCloud, SaaS) and are responsible for its operation. What you bring to the table: You have successfully completed training as an IT systems management assistant (m/f/d) or comparable training or have comparable relevant professional experience. You have experience in cloud computing (e.g. managing infrastructure, platforms and software solutions in the cloud and providing them via the internet) You have basic knowledge of IT infrastructures and standards You preferably have experience in purchasing hardware and software and are able to think and act commercially and have good negotiating skills. You are willing to acquire knowledge of the IT market and familiarize yourself with standard market license terms and metrics. You have the ability to communicate well with other people, establish and maintain contacts. You have the ability to workn the KAI member municipalities You are involved in the design and development of a communication and knowledge exchange platform (including CMS, NextCloud, SaaS) and are responsible for its operation.
