The atmosphere is great. The average age is about 40 that's why there is no rat race in the company. The tasks I have to do there are individual ones so I don't cooperate with my colleagues. Two people who work there are very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere there is relaxing although you know that you have to complete your task well and on time. Going there is a real pleasure.

The boss is an experienced and nice person. You are not afraid of him. The boss is responsible, helpful. You can ask him about everything and get the answer. If you complete your task well he always tells you that it was a good job. If you make a mistake he informs you about this and explains why it was wrong as to make sure you will not repeat the mistake again.

I am responsible for translating many documents (contracts, technical specifications etc.) so I don't have to work in teams. Every time I get a translation I'm given a great help from my boss and his assistant (I'm a translator, not a chemist so sometimes chemical terms can be problematic). The boss has got many interests and if you share any of them you can have a really nice chat during the break.

I am really satisfied with the job. It is a great place to gain an experience and feel safe about your tasks. If you want to get higher and higher probably that's not a place for you but if you want to treat your place of work as your second home - it is for you.
