For our subsidiary Wirecard Technologies GmbH, Aschheim, we are seeking to strengthen our team.

Your Duties

• Business and technical analysis of customer requirements, their documentation and subsequent solution design and documentation
• Provide customers with consulting regarding all Wirecard solutions and products including conducting workshops at customer's premises
• Overall project responsibility including coordination with involved 3rd parties
• Definition of customer-specific product extensions in close cooperation with the IT Business Analyst
• Support sales team with business and technical inquiries regarding Wirecard products
• Support with RFI/RFP response compilation
• Be primary contact for product-related inquiries and 3rd level support requests of key account customers

Your Profile

• University degree in IT, computer science or engineering
• Strong analytical and excellent presentation and communication skills
• Experience in consulting with international clients would be a plus, as well as experience with payment services, especially in an eCommerce environment
• Hands-on performance and lead by personal example
• Fluent written and spoken English, German would be a plus
• Willing to travel as much as the business requires
• Experience in working with geographically distributed and culturally diverse teams
