We are looking for someone to join our team at Wirecard Technologies GmbH, a subsidiary in Aschheim/Munich.

Your Duties

• Serve as the subject matter expert for processing platforms, functioning as a single point of contact towards project implementation and development teams
• Establish and maintain relationships with a variety of processing suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries and seamless communication
• Gather and prioritize requirements from internal product lines and customer projects and create implementation tasks for the processor
• Support project teams, from pre-sales through implementation, by determining the technical feasibility and business impact of requirements
• Support the operations team in incident investigation as it relates to the processing platform, including root cause analysis and the implementation of preventative measures
• Analyze the impact of planned changes on the processing platform and ensure proper change management procedures are followed, including collaboration with the release manager and testing teams and communication towards stakeholders

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems or Business Administration, or several years of equivalent work experience as a project / process manager in the IT industry
• Experience in the financial services industry is required, especially within card issuing and payment projects
• Ability to understand the impact of planned changes across a complex, multi-module card issuing platform
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. German language skills desired.
• Ability to organize the requirements of multiple, high-priority projects in parallel
• Be able to participate in business and technical discussions, with internal and external customers
