Inhouse IT Support (m/f/d) Location Kleinostheim Full-time Permanent About YAGEO Nexensos We are the experts for reliable temperature sensors, even at extreme temperatures and in demanding applications. We support our customers from rapid prototyping to large-scale production and with constantly adapted production capacities in Europe and Asia. What you can expect: You will provide technical support for several end user groups You will be responsible for the support, ongoing maintenance, administration and troubleshooting of the Yageo Nexensos desktop and laptop client infrastructure environment. Testing, maintaining and standardizing desktop and aptop operating systems and software as well as deploying automated operating system and software images is part of your job.

You will work with the global IT support team and support the Yageo sites. You will assist in resolving 2nd and 3rd level problem tickets from local and remote users. You maintain existing and publish new documentation for the implementation and support of the technologies used What you bring with you: Bachelor´s degree in computer science or related subjects or extensive professional experience Several years of professional experience in a similar position Experience with the installation, troubleshooting and configuration of Microsoft Windows XP-W11 Experience with using and troubleshooting the Microsoft Office suite and desktop and laptop hardware Knowledge of networks, network topologies and backend infrastructures Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills Ability to work in a team and interact with stakeholders such as management, internal departments and external partners Good written and spoken English skills Join the Leader - Apply now Have you found a suitable vacancy and are ready for your next career move? - Then send us your application documents now to recruiting.nexensosyageo.com.
