Driven by an overwhelming strategic growth agenda and backed up by a global equity firm we are almost ready for the future, missing just one important link: IT Service Manager (m/f/d) in Munich / Schwäbisch Gmünd, Amsterdam, Prague, London, Lyon Your core tasks You provide an efficient IT service level management, continuous service improvement and the coordination of our global service provider, within the global Schleich Organization in a broad area of the non-SAP infrastructure and technology stack. You monitor IT service agreements undamp; contracts with the respective Service Level Agreements of internal and external service deliverables within our global hybrid/cloud environment. You define undamp; ensure operational compliance with ITIL-based IT Service Management policies and processes. You manage day-to-day service delivery escalations. You maintain IT vendor undamp; supplier relationships and the applicable contracts in collaboration with the Procurement department. You are responsible for the infrastructure (cloud subscription) costs, licenses, and asset management in close collaboration with the Controlling department. You have a close liaison with IT project managers/product owner to help ensure operational readiness of all IT projects. You run the following transition projects globally. You are responsible for the global end-user trainings and the strategic digital adoption initiative. You are the product owner of the global Helpdesk and coordinate all levels of service interfaces. You support the IT management and project teams in cost calculation, optimization, budget creation and service KPI's. Your profile IT technical education undamp; ITIL Framework, ideally a bachelor's degree in business informatics, or equivalent. 5+ years of professional experience with Vendor Management, Service Level Management and/or service transition projects. Knowledge of IT architectures and/or business applications, preferable with IaaS, PaaS and SaaS environments. Strong experience in dealing with ITSM Tools and in IT Asset Management (Contract, Software, Hardware) Strong negotiation and vendor/stakeholder relationship management skills First knowledge in the area of digital workplace management in a global environment with Microsoft Azure and M365 Strong analytical and solution-oriented approach. High precision and affinity for cost management. Skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI is a must. Knowledge in GDPR-, ISMS and IT Audits is a plus Excellent communication skills in German and English.
