Cyber Security, MBA Digital Technologies und MBA Digital Transformation starting on October 1, 2024. The digital transformation is omnipresent and affects every area of our private, professional and social live. It brings along numerous challenges that the education system has a central role to play in overcoming. By founding the private and non-profit German University of Digital Science (German UDS) with headquarters in the media city of Babelsberg, we want to make a sustainable contribution and create an institution that works completely digitally and focuses on topics related to digitalization, makes high-quality university education on digital change accessible anywhere, at any time, and in a scalable manner, redefines global interdisciplinary research and realizes a flexible study routine with innovative teaching formats and modern learning pltform technology.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR You have completed a relevant university degree as well as a qualified doctorate and a habilitation or additional research/academic achievements as an equivalent. You have a passion for innovation, extensive experience in digital teaching and proven methodological and didactic skills. You have extensive experience in working with interdisciplinary (research) teams and in acquiring third-party funding. You show team spirit, have strong intercultural skills and are willing to actively participate in a dynamic, agile, and international team and play a key role in shaping the development of a new type of university. You are characterized by initiative, flexibility, »thinking out of the box«, a passion for new technologies and the urge to break through traditional structures. We expect you to have an excellent command of English and be adept at using all digital tools.
