For our department at the location in Reutlingen or Arnsberg we are looking for the next possible date for an Quality Assurance Manager (m/f/d) Your Responsibilities Developing a deep understanding of IATF 16949 standards and ensuring compliance across all relevant sites Providing guidance and support to our sites in implementing IATF 16949 standards effectively Managing and maintaining standards to meet customer and market quality needs and achieve business targets Aligning processes, systems, and tools where applicable Sharing experiences and knowledge with other Business Units to foster cross-functional learning and improvement Supporting claim and complaints investigations to ensure prompt resolution and continuous improvement Lead or support quality-related improvement projects with customers and/or internal functions.
